Return and Refund Policy
Full-Price Items
- We hope you are 100% satisfied with your Saponificio Varesino purchase from our site. If there is any reason you are not completely satisfied, Saponificio Varesino will be happy to offer a refund on unopened, unused and in re-selling conditions full-price items within 10 days of your delivery date. Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable or exchangeable.

Sale Items
- All sale products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We are unable to extend promotions or discounts past their deadlines.
Damages
- If upon arrival, any part or all of your order is damaged, please email sales@brandtomarkets.com within 15 days and include your order number and a picture of the damage. A member of our Customer Care team will be in contact with you shortly to provide with possible options.
